The company was founded by Engr. Rene Ian Mayo or better known as "IAN". He is also currently a Manager at Redmaster Design and Construction. He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in UP Diliman. He took the Civil Engineering Board and was awarded the Top 20th place in the exam. He is also a registered Master Electrician and Master Plumber garnering the 10th and 6th place respectively in each of the board examinations. He is also a registered and licensed Real Estate Broker.
